We are excited to share an important milestone for NCTS. We have been officially approved as an Avant World Languages Speaking Test Center for students pursuing the Georgia Seal of Biliteracy.
This allows our high school students to take the required language proficiency assessment in a familiar and supportive environment at NCTS.
What is the Georgia Seal of Biliteracy?
The Georgia Seal of Biliteracy is a prestigious recognition awarded to graduating high school students who demonstrate proficiency in English and an additional language. The Seal is noted on the student's diploma and transcript, recognizing their multilingual skills and cultural competency.

Students who have successfully completed 8th grade are eligible to enroll in our Seal of Biliteracy Preparation Program for the 2026–2027 school year. The program helps students strengthen their Tamil language skills in speaking, reading, and writing while preparing for the Avant assessment.
Additional registration details will be shared soon. We encourage all eligible students to take advantage of this valuable opportunity to earn formal recognition for their Tamil language proficiency.
