Welcome to our Field day event
We are excited to share that this is the first time NCTS is organizing a Field Day! We look forward to making it a fun-filled and memorable experience for all our students and parents. Activities will include bounce houses, train rides, complimentary popcorn, cotton candy, and many more games and activities. Participation is free for all NCTS students and parents. Please see attached flyer.
Please note: The exam timing has been adjusted and moved one hour earlier than the original schedule to accommodate Field Day activities.
Important Details:
1. NCTS Final Exam – Friday, May 8
Doors open: 5:30 p.m.
Exam Time: 5:45 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Grades: KG through Grade 8
PreK-1 and PreK-2 Classes:
5:45 p.m. – 6:45 p.m.
Note: Students can proceed to Field Day activities with their parents immediately after completing their exams.
2. NCTS Field Day – Friday, May 8
Time: 6:45 p.m. onwards
Location: North Forsyth Middle School Field (right after exams)
3. Complimentary Food
All NCTS students and volunteers will receive tokens for 2 slices of pizza, distributed by class teachers on May 8.
4. Additional Food for Purchase
• Pizza slice – 2 for $3.00
• Veg Dinner Combo Box – $12
