High School Credit

The Forsyth County School System has graciously agreed to award one full high school credit to students who graduate from NCTS. To be eligible for this credit, students must complete four consecutive years of study at NCTS, from 5th through 8th grade.

Graduates who receive this credit can apply it toward the three-credit foreign language requirement in high school. This will also allow them to pursue an additional foreign language for two consecutive years within the Forsyth County Schools.

This new policy will take effect starting in the 2025–2026 school year, and our current 8th-grade students will be eligible to receive this credit.
